Equipment Operator

Requirements
- 2+ years of heavy equipment operation experience
- Experience with excavators, bulldozers, and loaders
- CDL preferred but not required
- Basic maintenance and safety knowledge
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pipe Layer
Install and maintain underground pipelines for water, sewer, and utilities. This role combines hands-on pipe work with heavy equipment operation and blueprint reading on active construction sites.
Requirements
- 2+ years of pipeline, underground utility, or related construction experience
- Proficient with dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and similar equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and pipe laser grades for precise installation
- Experience with concrete forming/finishing and basic welding is a plus
- Comfort working in trenches and outdoor conditions in all types of weather
- Strong safety mindset with consistent use of PPE and jobsite protocols
Benefits
- Pay range: $19.00–$22.50 per hour based on experience

Construction Laborer
Perform general construction tasks involving physical labor at construction projects. Operate hand and power tools, prepare sites, dig trenches, and assist with various construction activities. Weekend work may be required.
Requirements
- Prior construction experience preferred, or experience working in outdoor environments
- Ability to operate jackhammers, drills, and other power tools
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Ability to work around noise, dust, heat, cold, and heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work nights and weekends as required by project demands
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow safety regulations
